The page looks great and I love the way you've added animations to the page as well. Here are a couple of pointers after having a look at your code:

• For the social icons, I'd add an anchor tag around them, as you'd expect them to link to the different social networks. However, when you do so, be sure to do it in an accessible way so that people with screen readers can understand where they are linking to. Here's a tweet I posted regarding accessible social icons for more info.
• In your next project, I'd recommend having a go at using min-width media queries instead of max-width. Using min-width queries benefits mobile users by loading in fewer styles for them.
